Spring sports

Both kids started soccer and baseball this week- we just can't wait for it to warm up!

Sick

Nina woke up with a stomach bug and can't seem to get enough sleep. As much as it stinks to see her so sick, I secretly enjoy midday naps with her, with the windows open and Fenway snoozing beside us.

Boston Marathon 2013

While bombs were going off at the finish line, the kids and I were at mile 13.1 to watch the Boston Marathon. We had no clue what was going to happen, but the kids had fun watching the runners and waiting to see "Coach James", Nolan's baseball coach. Despite what happened, we are determined to go back every year to cheer on the runners.

Hilliard's!

Every year we celebrate the seasonal opening of Hilliard's ice cream shop. Kids had no idea it was open so they were quite surprised when we pulled in the parking lot :)

First manicure

I took Nina for her first manicure this week. She was so excited! It cracked me up how still she sat and how serious she was about the whole process. It will benice to have a buddy to go with from now on!
